QUOTES, PRICING & PAYMENTS
Any quotes given are valid for a year and do not include the price of shipping unless stated otherwise, however the general price range you can expect is $30 - $80 for suits shipped within the United States.
Once you're ready to start a commission a 30% down payment will be required at minimum. This holds your spot in the queue and covers the cost of materials. Within this is a non-refundable $50 slot fee, meaning if you cancel before anything is purchased you will get all your money back minus the $50!
If paying in full: Your commission will be prioritized as much as it can be while still following the order of my queue, so while you cant jump directly ahead of people, your suit will likely be worked on more and will be finished faster once started.
If using a payment plan: Payments can be broken into 2-3 parts depending on the commission type. The 1st part being your down payment, 2nd once the suit is approx. 50% done, and the last at the end including shipping.
You're commission will follow the normal queue order and instead of paying by set dates you'll be paying by progress made. Meaning if I haven't made progress you don't have to pay until I do! You're always welcome to send payments ahead of an ask if you'd just like to pay it off asap but it's not required. If doing so early also remember to let me know and send a screenshot of what was sent as the payment may be missed otherwise.

At minimum, an unshaded, front and back reference sheet is required when commissioning. For best results please also provide a clear, concise, description any specifics or extra additions you may want
If a clearer reference than the one given is needed, I offer refs for $80 or I can provide a lineart base for $15 to be filled in by the commissioner. This base is not to be redistributed or shared with others but can continue being used by the buyer afterwards.DTD & SIZING
Please ensure that your DTD is built well and gives an accurate representation of your body. If you plan to lose/gain weight, or do anything that could affect your build please hold off on making a DTD as it will affect the way your suit ends up fitting you. If any ill constructed or falling apart DTDs are received, a new one will be requested and major delays in the re-sending of your DTD may result in your commission being pushed back.
DTDs should reach the base of your neck, extend over the wrists, and wrap around the heel. For the best outcome please also circle your knee and elbow joints in marker

Once your DTD is finished please be sure to securely re-tape the cut areas and write your name or the characters name on the chest for identification
For NSFW comms: Your DTDs accuracy is particularly important! Make sure the crotch area of your DTD is as form fit/accurate as possible and the area is marked appropriately in marker.PROGRESS UPDATES
WIPs will be sent whenever available through your preferred method of communication. Questions and clarifications will also be asked during the creation of your suit so please try to respond as soon as possible to ensure work isn't halted or delayed.
If there are any specific details you may want please be sure to mention these beforehand. I'm usually willing to alter things once they've already been started but depending on the progress, you may be fined if there is failure to mention certain requests or fixes in advance resulting in things needing to be remade.
It is the responsibility of the commissioner to review everything sent for possible mistakes in the design, progress, or overall look of their commission so it may be fixed. If I'm not alerted to mistakes, I am not responsible for any misinterpreted/misrepresented patterns or issues once the suit is completed.
Please note that anything that is 100% a mistake on my end will not require a fee in order to be fixed, however if the mistake is clearly shown in WIPs and not pointed out to me early enough to be fixed, that will fall on the commissioner as it becomes harder to make changes as work progresses, so please don't shy away from really taking a look into WIPs sent and pointing out anything that may be an issue as soon as you see it!CANCELLATIONS & DESIGN CHANGES
Cancellations are accepted, however as mentioned please keep in mind the $50 non-refundable slot fee and 30% down payment if anything has been purchased. Depending on factors such as what's been bought and how much work was committed to your commission will determine how much of a refund you can receive.
If you believe that you may need to cancel your commission please contact me as soon as possible and the cancellation process will be discussed as per case. The sooner I am told, the better possibility you have to have more returned to you. If you try to force any refunds, it will be considered a void of contract and you will lose the right to any refund, your WIP, commission slot, and any materials. Same goes if you cease all payments and I'm unable to contact you in any way.
Alterations to your concept design can be made without any extra charge if reasonable, although this may be tricky if that area of the suit has already been worked on or finished. Once your suit is started I cannot guarantee that all changes can be made and larger ones or ones that effect an area of the suit that's already being worked on may incur an additional fee.SHIPPING
Shipping costs are not included with the commission quote and will be charged once the suit is completed with the average price for shipping within the US being $30-80.
While I will not held responsible for any lost packages or damage received during shipping (that wasn't caused by improper packing) if you let me know I can try my best to help as much as I can within reason.
Carrier used will be UPS or USPS unless stated otherwise and you will receive a tracking number as soon as it's been sent out. If you want any extra precautions added such as having a signature required for delivery or insurance please let me know beforehand and I can have that added.
International Shipping: Packages will not be marked as gifts and any extra fees due to customs are the buyers responsibility.WARRANTY
Once you receive your suit you have 2 months of warranty. Within this time, any issues found to be maker error can be fixed free of charge. However the buyer is still responsible for their side of shipping. Upon contact I will ask for documentation of the issues and have the right to refuse anything I believe to be improper care. I am not responsible for any damage caused by negligence, and any unapproved alterations done to the suit automatically voids this warranty.
_ALLERGY WARNING: Cats, Dogs, and Birds are present within the house. While they don't enter my work room and usually have no contact with any commissions please take this into consideration if you believe it may be an issueAGE & AGREEMENT: You must be 18+ to commission and the code to ensure agreement and understanding to everything within the TOS is to be sent along with your first payment.

Payments are taken upfront and in full before any art is started. Payment options I accept are Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, and Stripe
Cancellations/refunds are accepted so long as the commission hasn't been finished. Depending on how much of the comm has been worked on will effect how much you'll be getting back. If your commission hasn't been started at all you'll receive 100% of your money back.
commercial usage isn't allowed on regular art comms, meaning if you commission me for a fullbody at regular price you cannot then use that artwork to make stickers, prints, keychains etc. if you'd like commercial usage rights please let me know beforehand and the price will be factored and added onto the commission
